David Womack joined Rice Financial Products Company in 2007.  Mr. Womack has 27 years of experience as an investment banker and financial advisor in public finance and real estate, most recently at Citigroup, where he was a Director in the Infrastructure Group.  He has successfully executed transactions involving public underwritings and private placements of taxable and tax-exempt debt, project financings and derivative financial products. 

During his career, the variety of bond financings Mr. Womack has completed as senior manager or financial advisor have involved general obligation, limited tax revenue, municipal utility revenue, water and sewer revenue, tax-increment, and single family and multifamily mortgage revenue securities.  He has extensive experience in not-for-profit financings as well, serving higher education, independent school, charter school and cultural facility institutions.  Representative issuers Mr. Womack has served include the District of Columbia; the cities of New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, Dallas, New Britain (CT) and Jersey City (NJ); and the United States Virgin Islands. His not-for-profit clients have included Greenwich Academy, the Spence School, Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, Deerfield Academy and the Emma Willard School. 

Mr. Womack is a graduate of Yale University and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.  He also serves as Treasurer of the Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn, New York.
