Gayle Davis joined Rice Financial Products Company in 2006 and is responsible for providing analytical and client management services to municipal and higher education clients nationwide. She currently assists Will Fisher in serving as the Designated Bonding Authority for the U. S. Department of Education Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Capital Financing Program, providing loan servicing services to a billion dollar portfolio.
In an earlier position, Ms. Davis was an associate for Jackson Securities where she worked on senior managed transactions for Morehouse College, the City of New Orleans, the City of Atlanta and the Fulton County Recreation Authority (Zoo Atlanta). She was also employed as an analyst and loan servicing manager in the Municipal Bond Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she concentrated on Federal Housing Administration municipal finance transactions and the management of mortgage loans.
Ms. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (cum laude) from New York University.
