Jerome Cox has played an integral role in the structuring and execution of more than $1 billion in senior managed municipal bond and swap transactions. Most recently, he provided day-to-day support and analysis for a $90 million City of Chicago transaction senior managed by Rice and an $85 million senior managed financing for such the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority. In an earlier position, Mr. Cox was with Citi’s Municipal Finance Department where he provided credit analysis and financing/structuring alternatives to municipalities nationwide. 

Mr. Cox received a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in finance and accounting from Clark Atlanta University.
