Jay Morell joined Rice Financial in 2007.  He has 28 years of experience selling and trading municipal bonds.  Mr. Morell began his career as a municipal bond broker with Chapdelaine & Co.  He later joined Bear Stearns & Co., where he was a Managing Director in the Municipal Sales Department.  In 1995, Mr. Morell joined First Union/Wachovia as a Managing Director, eventually moving up to the position of Sales Manager.  Before joining Rice, he was an Executive Director of Municipal Sales with CIBC.

Mr. Morell received a BBA from Norwich University.
