Ken Kramer has 26 years of experience selling municipal bonds to institutional accounts, including insurance companies, mutual funds, asset management companies, trust departments and arbitrage accounts.  Mr. Kramer’s primary focus is in the secondary market, utilizing his broad expertise in relative credit valuations and total return analytics to facilitate customer objectives.   Mr. Kramer was previously employed at Liss, Tenner and Goldberg; Glickenhaus; and Belle Haven.  He joined Rice Financial Products Company in June 2006. 

Mr. Kramer received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stonybrook.
