William Fisher
Managing Director - Rice Financial Products Company

Mr. Fisher established Rice Financial Products Company's office in Atlanta in 2006. Mr. Fisher is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to clients throughout the Southeast and higher education clients nationwide.

Previously, Mr. Fisher was the manager for another regional investment bank where he served as the lead banker for the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority, Tuskegee University and Howard University. In addition to his investment banking activities he also provided financial advisory services to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Jackson State University, Grambling State University and the "University Financing Foundation”, a Georgia Tech related entity.

Mr. Fisher holds a BBA from Howard University.
